Simple Grilled Supper

Skinless boneless chicken breast, trimmed and marinated about 30 minutes in a mixture of whole milk yogurt and curry powder. Grilled. 

 

Fusilli pasta (spinach and tomato) cooked to package directions, drained, 2 Tablespoons melted butter and pink salt. 

 

Grilled whole tomatoes, sliced yellow pepper, jalapeño pepper, and baby bella mushrooms. (Direct Grill) 

 

The entire family loved everything on the table.
