Breakfast-Stuffed Sweet Potato

From one of my favorite recipe apps, Forks Over Knives.  

 

Ingredients:

Sweet Potatoes, 1 per person

Suggested Toppings 

Fresh fruit

Raw oatmeal

Maple Syrup

Almond butter

Hemp seeds

Pinch of sea salt 

 

Method: Bake or microwave sweet potatoes. Top with desired toppings from above.
