Simple Cider Cinnamon Jelly

4 cups apple cider 

2 tablespoons red hot candies (cinnamon hearts, not individually-wrapped cinnamon candies.)
1 box SureJell
4 1/2 cups sugar

Method: Mix all ingredients except sugar and bring to a boil. 

Add sugar. Bring again to a full rolling boil. Cook and stir for one minute on a full rolling boil.
Remove from heat and can for 15 minutes in a hot water bath. 

One batch fills about 7 half-pint jars.
