3 1/2 Tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/8 teaspoon salt

6-7 cups peeled and diced apples

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Crumb Topping


3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup quick cooking oats
